Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

  • The one-time initial fee includes a fully customizable HOA website template with all features required by Florida’s 2025 HOA compliance laws.
  • The fee also covers customization tailored to the specific HOA or community, including branding, images, and layout adjustments.
  • The $100/month subscription fee includes monthly maintenance, all necessary security updates, and up to 2 hours of content updates per month.

2. Payment Terms

  • Customers are encouraged to subscribe to an automatic payment plan for the $99 monthly fee.
  • For those not on subscription, invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month with a net 15 payment term.
  • Customers can prepay for one year at a discounted rate of $1,000.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Setup Fee:

    • 50% of the setup fee is refundable if the project is canceled within 3 calendar days of commencement.
    • After the 3-day period, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

    • Customers may cancel at any time by providing a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
    • Monthly fees are non-refundable as they cover services already rendered.

  • Prepaid Yearly Subscriptions:

    • Refunds will be calculated at the standard monthly rate of $83.33 for months used.
    • A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from any remaining balance.

4. Customization Policy

  • The initial customization fee includes unlimited revisions within a 2-week period following the initial purchase.
  • Monthly subscriptions include up to 2 hours of revisions or content updates per month. Additional updates beyond this limit will be billed at $40/hour.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • The customer will fully own the website and its content upon purchase.
  • The website template is licensed for the customer’s exclusive use and may not be resold or redistributed in any form.
  • The domain name remains under the ownership of the service provider. A fee of $100 will be charged to transfer ownership of the domain name to the customer.
  • Upon request, the customer may receive a copy of the website files in a .zip format.

6. Compliance Statement

  • The website template is designed to comply with Florida’s 2025 HOA website requirements at the time of delivery.
  • Regular updates to maintain compliance with evolving laws and regulations will be performed for paying subscribers only.
  • The service provider is not responsible for compliance issues arising from customer modifications, non-payment of subscription fees, or other external factors.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers are encouraged to contact the service provider directly to resolve any concerns or disputes amicably.
  • The service provider is committed to finding fair and flexible solutions to maintain positive customer relationships.
